Originally from Upstate/Central New York, Lisa found her way to Eastern North Carolina in 2007 and quickly fell in love with the people, the pace, and the potential to make a difference. After nearly 20 years with a national retail firm, she made a bold shift into real estate—first working with a large local brokerage, and eventually launching her own: Off Road Realty.

More than a company name, Off Road Realty represents Lisa’s belief that every client’s journey is unique—and worth taking the scenic route when needed. At the heart of her work is a deep commitment to communication, education, and connection. For Lisa, success isn’t about numbers or dollar signs—it’s about people. Relationships. Trust. Impact.

Together with her husband Mark, Lisa juggles a busy, joy-filled life with their 7 children, 13 grandchildren, and their oversized fur-baby, Dudley, who runs the household with paws of authority.

Over the years, Lisa has forged strong, lasting relationships with clients, vendors, and fellow agents alike. Her goal is to challenge outdated perceptions of REALTORS® by building a brand rooted in empathy, clarity, and true client advocacy.

Diana Talento

Diana was raised tinkering, planning and building homes at her father’s side for years so she has an insider’s view into design and construction. This foundation became vital when she and her husband, Ron, purchased their home(s) and began renovations that resulted in massive returns. She became more and more interested in real estate and renovations, obtaining her license and meeting Lisa in 2014. Diana and her husband have two children, many fur-babies and have lived in the Greenville area for 17 years, loving the diversity of the area. Growing her network of contractors and connections, Diana has great insight for buyers who want to maximize their home’s equity or create that perfect dream home.  She knows the community well and sees that there are plenty of diamonds-in-the-rough sitting in plain sight and is ready to help you find that house to achieve YOUR dream.

Tiffany Coffield

Tiffany is a native of Asheville and came to Eastern NC in late 2022. She attended college in Chicago and obtained a Bachelor’s in Business and Accounting. She and her husband, Josh, have 2 children, Eleanor and Elaina who are their entire world, along with two pups Cooper and Callie. Tiffany was introduced to Lisa through her husband (Who actually sold her, her jeep!) and began the Real Estate journey. Lisa put her faith in Tiffany and allowed her to begin doing the social media marketing for Off Road Realty. She has never found any job as rewarding as she does this one. Off Road Realty has become a part of Tiffany’s family and she is so excited to see where this road leads. Her goal is to educate, empower, and provide the public with a smooth real estate transaction. By maintaining who she is, Tiffany has been able to forge relationships that have aided her in her success at Off Road Realty.  

Shannon Cannon

Shannon is a proud Pitt County native who truly embodies the spirit of loving where you live. A graduate of Pitt County Public Schools and Pitt Community College, she earned her Associate’s Degree before launching into a career that would blend precision, people skills, and a passion for real estate.

Her first steps into the industry began in a fast-paced real estate law firm, where she quickly became known for her attention to detail, love of numbers, and commitment to helping others. These strengths led her to become a licensed Realtor®—allowing her to support clients through every stage of the home buying and selling process, from first showing to final signature.

Now, with over 20 years of experience, Shannon wears two hats: paralegal and Realtor®. This powerful combination gives her clients an unmatched edge, ensuring both smooth transactions and smart decisions. She has helped thousands of families and individuals navigate their real estate journeys while building trusted, long-term relationships along the way.

When she’s not guiding clients or managing contracts, Shannon is happiest simply being outside—whether that’s tending her garden, relaxing at the pool, or soaking up the sunshine at the beach.
